Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had scheduled an appointment with this salon. 2 occasions she forgot about the appointment. Reschedule to another time but had a client in place for my scheduled time. Once done with my hair she forgot how much she charged the particular hair style and even tho she had a promotion for it she still charged full price. My hair extensions came out the next day! I told her that a few braids had fallen out she stated that was because of my hair texture that it’ll happen!! I asked to come in and she didn’t respond until later that evening!! I also sent a picture of the extensions and no response!! I had scheduled an appointment with this salon. 2 occasions she forgot about the appointment. Reschedule to another time but had a client in place for my scheduled time. She is punctual and communicates very well concerning appointments. Our hair grows and our edges not only remain in tact but they grow as well. Her braids are secure and painless and my mother and I both are tender headed. Check her out, you won’t be disappointed.
