So incredibly disappointed in my experience. My usual hairdresser was out with a cold , so I booked my almost 4 year old daughter with a different person, Kara. I’ll admit, we showed up 7 minutes late to the appointment because,well,toddlers are different at times. I apologized profusely when I got there and all I got was attitude. Kara insisted she didnt have time to provide my daughter with the service we requested, fairy hair(shimmering,fake hair that comes out within a month) She was so rude I decided to leave before getting started. I am a frequent customer. I will never go there again for the simple fact of the way she talked to me. I understand that she has other clients but seriously, how much time could ot take to cut a 4 year old hair? I’ll take my money elsewhere.
