Went sat down for 45min. Not a word from any barber. 2people arrived straight to the chair. I get people have appointments. Just let your walk-ins know you don’t want to do anything but appointments. 1 of the worse barbershop in customer service.

Very bad customer service. I waited for 50 min in the waiting area and neither of the 2 barbers there told me that it was by appointment only. They don’t even talk to you, no customer service skills whatsoever. When I got up to walk away not a word was spoken by them. Please tell people that YOU ARE NOT TAKING WALKINS!!!

I had gone here once before and the gentleman that cut my son’s hair was spectacular. But the second time around it seemed as if 4 people arrived after us and they would get serviced first. Was not made aware that you could call ahead for appointment or else I would have. Got fed up and left.

I waited and hour for an open baber to be availablejust to be told that a guy who made the appointment was next. If you are going reject walkins might as well make your business appointments only. What a waste of time. This place is a big disrespect to the barber business!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!
