This is the only place I will go for massages. I have tried almost, if not all, the professional massage practices in this county (I am not including massages done at nail &/or hair salons) and Wharfside Wellness is hands down the best in the county. Kim is very professional, flexible, and she really tailors your therapy to you. She remembers you and your preferences. For example, I am heat intolerant. And, most practices now have heated massages tables and they always have it turned on already when you arrive for your appointment so the table is already warm. But Kim remembers that I am heat intolerant and she makes sure to not turn on the massage table warmer for my sessions. She remembers the things we talk about (if I decide to be chatty during a session). She’ll have a conversation with you or she’ll let you enjoy your massage in perfect silence if you prefer. She is wonderful. It’s the small things like that that make a business great (especially small businesses), in my opinion.
