Glad this spot opened up close to home. Ada was awesome from start to finish! Went in for a regular pedicure and my calves are now ever so grateful for the massage. She noticed my nails needed a fill and did an amazing job with the artwork nails. Ended up waxing my eyebrows too and it was perfect. First visit and I’m delighted to be 110% satisfied. Decided to go in today for a fill and a polish change on my toes. Jenny took care of me. She is super busy when she’s there, but she greets everyone who comes in, she’s very friendly, always smiling, and multitasks very well. I picked the polish and told her I wanted a design on one finger and she handled the rest. I love it. I also saw Leon doing someone’s nails and it looked excellent. I will be back.

Not what I asked for. I should’ve known this style was impossible for the nail tech because she kept looking at the picture and asking other techs about how to do the marble design.She had another nail tech do the design , and it still turned out wrong! I don’t like confrontation, which is why when I was done, and charged $65.00 instead of $50.00, I simply paid and walked out, never to return to this nail spa again. The first pic is what I wanted, the 2nd and 3rd are what I got.

If I could give no stars I would. I had Phillip. The first time I went I came with my children. I told the receptionist I wanted ombré acrylic and gel on my toes. For the first hour and a half Phillip tried his hardest to do ombré with two powders he had no knowledge of. The next 2 hours were spent with my children getting agitated, me breastfeeding and also attempting to let him finish. I exclaimed to him this is not what I wanted. He then said I should just get white polish cause it was easier for him. I said if I get white polish can I at least get a design for FREE because it is not what I wanted. He said yes but as soon as it was time to pay he said he never said that. But the receptionist gave me $10 off . I paid $146 for my nails and toes. When Philip started to put the acrylic on I asked him why does it burn, he said “it’s okay” and sprayed my nails with something so it would stop the burn, which it did. But every single nail he did had the same burn and it was almost unbearable I couldn’t understand why. I left unsatisfied after paying for my white nails. I went back 2 days later cause I couldn’t stand the site of my nails. I was sent to Phillip again. He used different powder and did the ombré correctly this time. THE ENTIRE TIME HE DID MY NAILS HE COMPLAINED THAT HE WASNT MAKING ANY MONEY BECAUSE I WAS TAKING UP HIS TIME AND THEY TAKE TURNS ON THE WALK IN CUSTOMERS. Now this aggravated me because of course if your spending time with me I’m going to at least tip you. After tipping and leaving, my nails stayed on for almost 2 months (I still can’t get one off) I couldn’t soak the acrylic off because he had filed my nails so thin that it was just the NERVE. My nails are now dying and failing off and I can’t use my hands much because it hurts so bad. Please, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

I have patronized this spa multiple times and each time I’ve had a pleasant experience. They acknowledge you right away and try to get your service started in a timely manner. Although the nail specialists did a good with my pedicure, it took a few visits to find one who does my pedicure exactly how I like it. Jessica is amazing! I have tried a couple of nail spas in area and they both made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed so I never returned. When this spa opened naturally I was hesitant about giving them a try. Glad i did! I definitely recommend them.

Save your money and don’t come to Westyn Bay Beauty Nails. They are overpriced and seems like they learned how to do nails from a toddler. All I asked was for a gel manicure, simple job so I thought.
