I visited on 11/19 2019 I couldn’t have had a better visit. From the start as soon as I made my appointment online I received confirmation via text and email that night and then the next day as well that my appointment had been set. On the day of my appointment I received a reminder and also got instructions from Angela on how to get to the location and how to notify her upon my arrival.

I went to get a facial today by Angela. To be honest, it was one of the best facials I’ve had in my life. She cleared my pores, did a chemical treatment, moisturized and toned…all the good stuff. Plus an amazing neck, shoulder and scalp massage. I will definitely be going back here for another facial.

I AM AMAZED. This was the quickest and most painless wax I have ever experienced! Angela was extremely conversational, calmed my nerves immediately, and was the most personable waxer I have ever come in contact with. I wish I could go back next week, thats how awesome she is. Poor customer service and response rate. I would take my business elsewhere! I requested an available date and did not get a response so I went online to schedule and the appointment was declined with a response she was booked until 2:00 so I went back online and tried to schedule that day at 2:00, when she said she wasn’t booked. I am not sure how that is insisting I get in, to me it was just an attempt to schedule an appointment. I would have been happy to schedule at any time. I only requested an appointment be scheduled which is why my review said poor customer service and response rate. I have it all documented if you would like to see. I found 2 very cordial and responsive electrologists.
