It’s not worth going here. The customer service is awful. They nickel and dime their customers and charge you for months you don’t even go. Your better off going to another tanning salon in town. They are rude, the beds are always filthy and the towels smell like they aren’t washed. The customer service is trash. Tanning

Staff is very nice & efficient, also really knowledgeable of equipment & products to enhance your tanning experience. All of the tanning beds are cleaned & sanitized after each use. The beds I’ve used are all equipped with newer lights. There are 4 locations however I have only been to the two located in Valencia. The store on McBean Pkwy has 1 new high pressure lay down bed mixed with the red light therapy/tan with a 10 minute maximum also 2 high pressure tan lay down beds with really hot lights. There are 3 high pressure stand up stations. There is 1 lay down medium pressure bed, 2 low pressure lay down beds & 1 low pressure stand up station. If you prefer they also offer the Versa Spa spray tan & a cocoon wellness spa. I really enjoy the 20 minute red light therapy bed. The Red light Therapy is a UV free light that stimulates the production of elastin & collage in the skin. I suggest you visit any of the 4 locations to treat yourself to a relaxing experience.

Terrible customer service. They way overcharge and charge you for months even if you don’t attend. You have to cancel a month in advance or they still charge you even if you don’t go. They charge maintenance fees. The beds aren’t properly cleaned and the towels smell like they have never been washed. Don’t waste your money here they are just money hungry and don’t care about their customers.

The Owner of this place is terrible, I got there today and after checking in with the girl at the counter she pass me her cell and right away the owner start to insult me thinking I am different person . Well you get can tanning for $29 at Golds Gym , which I had for long time , now I will use them for sure .

I wanted to write a review to say that I really appreciate them letting me cancel my membership. I already really enjoyed Westside tan as it was but I’m so grateful they let me cancel early. When I signed up I did sign something saying I had a 3 month contract, so I did have to stay for 3 months and then I could cancel anytime after that if I wanted. In my second month my mom was diagnosed with lupus and I made the decision to go back to Missouri and help her. So I took a chance and emailed their corporate office and asked if I could cancel early, I really didn’t want another $68 dollars to come out of my account if I wasn’t going to be there to use it, and without a beat they canceled with no penalties or fees and also let me finish out the remainder of the month I was in. I knew since I did sign a document stating I understood those terms they didn’t have to do that so I really appreciate it.

U-TAN is my favorite place to get my spray tans! Their employees are extremely nice and helpful. If you have any questions, they’ll gladly answer them for you. There is just an overall friendly atmosphere. My Myst tans are the only spray tans I trust! They leave me with a natural, non-orange looking tan.

I absolutely love Utan! The staff, prices, and beds are amazing. I have tried a lot of local tanning salons and did not have the best experience, but now that I found Utan I no longer have to worry about using other salons. Everyone should try it at least once!

I was skeptical at first that I would like U-Tan, but when I arrived everyone was helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they provided a free sample of lotion, and the Winkies (is that what they are called), are a great invention.
