Had my 1st visit to Westlake Skin Tightening and it was phenomenal. Mary was so professional and warm, she made me so comfortable as soon as I walked in. We discussed my goals & she explained the process for Fibroblast. Because I’m biracial (black & white) she was concerned that my skin may develop hyperpigmentation so we settled on doing one area to see how it went. Mary explained everything she was doing as we went along & kept checking in to see if I was uncomfortable or in pain. The Fibroblast tool felt like a little ant bite, which isn’t so bad compared to other more invasive procedures, especially after the application of numbing cream. I developed tiny crusts which all fell off around day 5 & used the aftercare products Mary included in the package daily. She even gave me pure snail gel which is highly regarded as a great healing serum. I definitely see positive results & no hyperpigmentation! Although it’s supposed to take about 2 months to see final results. Mary was so sweet. I sent her daily pics to review if everything was going as planned & she happily responded with encouraging & positive words. Mary was so patient & kind, as she didn’t make me feel rushed like other places sometimes do. Her knowledge, equipment & skin products are top of the line & I believe that contributed to my great results. No pitting or holes in skin like I’ve seen on some fibroblast reviews. Fibroblast is a great procedure for skin tightening but skill & 20+ years of skin care experience matter.

I just had the fibroblast treatment today and Mary made this procedure comfortable and painless! She explained everything to me several days in advance so I knew exactly what to do then went over everything in detail before she began. Mary is very meticulous about her work and paid close attention to detail on my face. After my she was finished she went over the care procedure in detail so I have the best results. I was so scared to do this procedure but Mary made it so painless and we even had a lot of fun. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. It also gave me peace of mind knowing that the actual tool that she used is FDA approved and I don’t believe anybody else in the valley who does this procedure, has this tool.
