The first time I went there they did a beautiful job! I went back a second time and the woman grinded my hands until they bled. Then the workers gave me an attitude because I was frustrated because my my cuticles were bleeding. Then they painted my nails two different colors and charged me the same amount. It’s a shame because the first time my nails were beautiful. Third time’s a charm. This time Donna did my nails, and I love them.

It was my second time coming to Westlake nail spa . Staff was friendly and no wait time with my appointment. Nails were pretty much exactly what I asked for . Only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because I felt like in the beginning , my service was rushed and she was being a little aggressive . I requested my nails to be shorter , And my nail tech seemed a bit annoyed at first but after making conversation with her she seemed to relax a bit . The design I wanted I guess was somewhat difficult but she did it fine . Other than that , Helen my tech was nice and did a good job . I’m gonna include photos of what I wanted and what I got .

I like to keep my nails really short and sometimes it’s tricky to get it done, but he never complains, and is kind, and I got my nails just like the way I like it. thank you so much Dallas, and I am highly recommend him and this place!

Got my first pedicure over here at Westlake Nail Spa with my housemate. It was Poppin. I did a drop in and I was paired up with Coco. She did an amazing job. Trimmed my toenails, filed them, cuticles, sprayed it with something, massages my legs, and pained them Halloween style color with orange and black. Hah. Definitely a self care day. My technician spoke Cantonese and Vietnamese so I was very please cuz she spoke my language (Cantonese) so I for sure felt at home.

It’s more than a week and my gel polish is still perfect. The place is so neat and well organized. Staffs are respectful and pleasant. It’s a bit expensive than other places, but you get what you paid for.
