I stopped in for a dip mani and regular pedi. They were super nice but didn’t use clean tools. They used the same files and buffers and metal tools without proper sanitation. After leaving I noticed I was bleeding too on my middle finger. Nails are very patchy. Everyone was super kind though.

I want to recommend Westlake Nail Bar to anyone looking for great nail service. I’ve been going to the Nail Bar consistently for months after leaving another local spot, and I’ve never been more pleased with my manicures and pedicures. Ryan and Kathy both do “dip” which is my preferred nail service. Pedicures are also terrific as is the foot message, I treat myself to every pedicure. Self-care rocks at Westlake Nail Bar. Give it a try!

Unprofessional, unsanitary, absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Came in for a regular pedicure that was $28 and acrylics that was $58 and I asked to have my cuticles cut which they said was $10 extra. That would have been fine if they did not just bring a bowl of cold water with no soap and make me BLEED SEVERAL times on multiple fingers. Not only did they continually cut me, but they would reopen cuts multiple times with cuticle cutters, files, and drills. When I asked to wash my hands they made me put it in the foot bowl with no soap. The owner was rude and screamed at me when I said I was in pain. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want an infection and mediocre nails.

0 STARS Traveled from far for son’s wedding at 6pm. f son’s wedding. Arrived before 2:pm. The older disheveled male tech understands mo English, sense of color match, not pedicure techniques. Every mail polish they bring is old, place is dirty, no sanitation all. After 2 hours I’m do frustrstec with the job that looks likes 10 year old did, as no color from the color charts match what’s in the bottle. Their stuff is old and dirty. Ail dryer crust hardened of filth from clients fingers like it’s never washed. A wedding party of 8 shows up and they say, “wait till 6pm and we will redo” what looks like kindergarten silver glitter all over my poorly shaped nails, and dark gray and glitter all over my toes that no Emory board nor shaper was EVER used on. All tools look filthy and filthy rags. They demanded $86 and luckily my son’s wedding was outdoors and at nite so I could camouflage the horrid job they did. I fought this man was a technician. Who ever chords to have a wedding party here with it so dirty. They served wine snd never asked the very young ladies their age. The one next to me was pregnant but all dpokr their language

This is my favorite nail salon! My manicures last for 3 weeks. Vee is incredibly detailed oriented. Ryan is fantastic with ombré. Everyone is nice and friendly. Highly recommend! Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures
