Eric (go cowboys!) Has been my barber for years. There isn’t a better barber in western mass. He takes his time, lines me up and gives me great advice on how to keep what I still have. I have been twice, the first time with Matt was great he listened and did exactly what I asked. I had been growing my hair out for quite some time to have another barber (cowboys fan) completely disregard what I told him and cut most of the hair I have been growing out off, saying it was a trim and gonna stay long on top. It’s not long on top, and I’’m sad. It’s awesome spending money to be sad! So definitely don’t recommend him.

Consistent cut every time. Clean shop, fun environment. Eric does a great job but I’m sure everyone there is great. Scheduling by text makes it so easy to book a cut.

I called to make an appointment and was told I didn’t have to, I arrived within 10 minutes of calling and waited an hour. And not because there was a line of people before me, people that came in after I did were taken first. I thought it would be worth the wait and instantly regretted it, I’m not sure if the barber didn’t know how to use a straight edge but it was brutal. The next day my head was inflamed and was showing signs of folliculitis. I have been getting the same haircut for 10 years and never had a reaction or an infection because of it. If I could give negative or zero stars I would.

Was very upset with my haircut afterwards. He didn’t show me the back of my head and when I went back home to look at it, it was completely messed up. The fade lines aren’t even straight and the around the ears were both cut to different lengths. Will not be coming back! Fade cut, Haircut
