Didnt like the way my nails were done at all i told him how i wanted them and ignored me and did it. Another way not to mention he kept hurting me the whole time I literally had to take the nail clippers and remove my own nails they are uneven and u can barley see that 1 nail is metallic not to mention the next day nails popped off and they charged me 50$ rip off

I got a 35$ pedicure from this old lady wearing a french hat and I did not have a good experience. When she gave me a massage she knocked the covid 19 screen on me and did not even say sorry. I also had to walk out barefoot because they didn’t have the disposable slipper and wanted to charge me extra for some rubber sandals. She didnt clean my toes well and she didn’t file them straight. She said it was 2$ extra if I wanted the polish I picked from the book. Never going back there again.

The worst Pedicure I ever had. The person left my nails uneven and did not even shape them. She could not even polish my nails neatly and my 2 pinky toes were half done. She was done in 15 minutes. She barely even massaged my calf. She was in a hurry to get to the next person. Don’t waste your money here.

I don’t enjoy being rushed to leave when my nails are drying while there really isn’t anyone waiting to be serviced next. My mom was told they couldn’t do french nails on the nails she did have because they were too old. We’ve been going here for a while and it’s sad that they take advantage of their clients that by slowly over charging them because they know we’ll pay for it. Don’t waste your money here. The work is good but not for what they can strong arm you for.

Absolutely horrible!! I asked for a square nail and it looked like a fan so I asked them to fix it. They trued to charge me 15 extra dollars to fix THEIR mistake! Yeah no. Nice try. I told them I’m not going to pay that so they sat there and argued with me for ten minutes. The guy that did my nails started laughing at me once the head lady started fixing them. He did not get tipped at all. Not going back!

Mai did my Gel Pedicure and she was very detailed, Eden did my Gel Manicure and she also took her time to make sure her job was well done. Both were very nice and friendly. This was my first time here since I just recently moved to Harbor and I will be returning. I came on a Saturday afternoon and they were busy but they also had close to 10 staff working so I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes before someone started working on my Pedicure. Place is clean and looks like they have a steady stream of loyal customers.
