The doctor is fine. But if you owe a whopping $20, his staff couldn’t be more rude to you about it. Totally uncalled for. And beware too of them calling wanting your card info over the phone. You’d think with all the scammers out there today that they wouldn’t do that. But they do and if you don’t pay over the phone, you get treated like they treated me today…and they held my health insurance card hostage too til I paid. What was the sense in doing that? Ignorant. There are many other dermatologists out there. I can always go elsewhere.

very fast, staff got me in quickly, no, they were not super friendly when i called, but i don’t care, as long as you get me in as fast as possible, Pat Brown was absolutely fantastic and had a plan in place. i mean, to have a specialist solve your problem in under a week, what more do you people want.

The representative that takes your call is very and disrespectful. You will feel that she’s paying for your treatment out of her pocket. I scheduled an appointment before I read any of these reviews, and when i read the reviews I went back ahead and cancelled my appointment.

Just had f/u appt., saw another practitioner, different one each visit. I have worked in healthcare for 40 years as RN. The VM practitioner was very dismissive of my concern. I will be seeking another dermatology practice.

I have been suffering from a bad infection for years. I just found out in January what it was by myself no help from Drs what so ever. So I went to western Maryland dermatology to get cured. All I got was one single biopsy and a we can’t do nothing sorry. I’m still suffering. I’m covered in this. I’m sorry I done cured the infection where they took the biopsy. I expected to be treated better. I’ve been shoved out Drs doors for ten years all cause my addiction. An I basically got the same treatment here. I intend on filing discrimination an negligence suit against the Drs who allowed me to get this sick. And I still can’t get any help. I’m in misery everyday but who cares I’m a addict.

Short wait and Savannah was wonderful. I was worried there would be unnecessary biopsies done, but none were needed. Everyone was friendly and it was a good experience. Met with Dr. Herring briefly and he seemed open to questions and pleasant. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable.

Joke. I went in at beginning of Nov for a cyst that was big as a golf ball. While I was waiting in the room they asked if they could look around at my skin. Told me there was 5 places that could potentially turn into cancer so they froze the 5 spots. Then I was told there was a funny looking spot behind my ear and did a biopsy. Finally the Doc comes on and looks at my back. Said give him some cream and schedule him to have removed. Took longer for them to find things the VA could be chargers for then it did to check actual problem out. So I go home and deal with this golf ball in my back and wait. Needlessly to say after waiting for a phone call I went to a real doctor. Today is Feb 11th. Actually had the balls to call me today to schedule to have it removed. What a joke. Over 3 months later. My advice is if your a Veteran do not go to this place. Even if your not a Vet you better check it out

Jenn Elliott and the rest of the staff is great to work with. I have had multiple appointments for a lump on my neck that had could have been something serious, but they helped walk me through the entire process of getting it removed and testing it. They answered all my questions and gave me ample information on what my lump was.
