I don’t want to put down this business entirely, because the staff is nice, however I didn’t get what I asked for. I called to make an appointment, noting that I wanted a full head of color (knowing it’s a lot of work). They didn’t offer a consultation as a new customer, and when I showed them a picture of what I wanted, only halfway through said that it wouldn’t be as vibrant as I requested. They didn’t bleach my hair before the color, which I told them I was used to, and questioned. They said it was better for my hair, which I don’t doubt, but that isn’t what I asked for. Upon seeing my final hair color dry the next day (I don’t have them blow dry), I saw that my roots were still natural color and the dye didn’t even take. I would like to constructively point out them that next time, they should try to be a bit more transparent when a customer is trying to explain what they would like. During the appointment I was offered to come back if it wasn’t to standard, but that’s a red flag, meaning I felt like they already knew it wasn’t right. My hair looks almost the same as when I walked in, just slightly more toned. I’m very unhappy with the result. It’s just unfortunate.

Great place to get your hair done. Staff is very good with cuts and colors. Staff makes you feel very welcomed when you are there. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty of parking.

The Google location is off. But if you map search, the address, it’s correct. We walked in to get my 5 year old hair cut. They were so sweet and patient and did exactly what he wanted done.
