Jayne is the best massage therapist I’ve been to. I’ve gone to her a couple of times for lower back pain and just an all over full body massage. This past time I had some strong lower back pain from heavy lifting and it was affecting the way i walked and slept. Jayne was able to get me in quickly and within one session I am feeling back to normal! Highly recommend.

I’ve been to Jayne several times, and I can’t say enough…she is great!! She personalizes each massage based on my needs at that time. I’m an OT so I have a lot of pain from lifting bending etc and she always works out all of my problem areas and even stretches! I feel so comfortable telling her what I need and she is always trying new techniques. Cupping has been my favorite so far! Psoas releasing techniques and deep stretches have been so helpful. She’s also great if you’re just looking for a relaxing massage! I would recommend her to anyone, great experience 🙂
