Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible experience , I got the most painful mani of my life , two of my fingers got cut and the employee didn’t even apologize. Second ,as I was getting my nails done she ask me to pay the bill ahead of time before adding my polish. in the end the polish slid off 30 minutes after I got it done. It was an all around horrible experience. Horrible experience , I got the most painful mani of my life , two of my fingers got cut and the employee didn’t even apologize. Second ,as I was getting my nails done she ask me to pay the bill ahead of time before adding my polish. in the end the polish slid off 30 minutes after I got it done. It was an all around horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Went in on a Monday night and the salon wasn’t busy at all (probably cause it was raining all day). I had made an appointment for 5:30 and was promptly greeted and assisted. Coco was my nail tech and he did an amazing job. Very detailed and took good care of my nails. He definitely knows what he was doing. He was friendly and personable. He will be my go-to tech going forward. 🙂

My husband and I have been coming to this place from a Manhasset a since it changed the owner. It’s always such a pleasure to come in and be greeted with smiles. The atmosphere is very relaxing and stuff is very friendly. They go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Spa’s owner Wendy always goes an extra mile to make sure that all the customers are well taking care off. Highly recommended!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismDid not follow pandemics protocol and state isssued guidlines. A friend and i came to get mani and pedis, upon entrance we signed a waiver, we also was tested for our temperature which was great. During the duration of our time at the salon several customers came in and didn’t have to follow protocols. No temperature was checked or waiver was signed, several ladies just walked in and took there seat. This a danger to not only the lives of the staff and clients coming in i was shocked after we sat down and the door protocol was discontinued. My friend and i decided to not come back! Christina Tracy has no idea what she is talking about. Everyone is polite, honest, professional. I have my nails, my pedicure, my facial and my eyebrows done at Golden Nails and NEVER had or have a problem. Always a great job in everything

Went to this place for a pedicure I walked in gave me the most nasty attitude. Lady name “Joyce”Kept talking in Chinese with the other lady I am sure it was about me Cz she gave me look rite after. The service is bad as well she gave me cuts while cleaning my cuticles. Will never go back to this place.
