Seriously the BEST experience getting my hair done with Cassie! First of all, she is the nicest/sweetest person and does a great job explaining beforehand the plan for your hair and what she recommends. The best part is that my hair came out EXACTLY the way I wanted it based on the pictures I showed her and description I gave her. I came in to see Cassie after a previous stylist did a terrible job on my hair and did not give me the color I was looking for. Cassie was able to fix my hair and give me the blonde shade that I was looking for! I am totally in love with how my hair came out and am SO happy I found a new salon and stylist to do my hair! Highly recommend Cassie and West138 Salon if you want amazing hair! 🙂

Love this place so much! I got my hair done by Jessica C and she is AMAZING! Not only is she great at listening to what you want but she checks with you repeatedly to see what you think about how your hair is processing and if it’s what you wanted. Plus, she is so sweet and so much fun to talk to! So happy with my hair! I will definitely be back.

I am very dissapointed about my service at this place. Although Cassei was very nice while doing the brazilian blowout I did not get whay I expected for what i paid ($175 plus tip) eventhough the service was not fully rendered at the place. She gave me a mask to apply on my hair at home within the next 48 hrs (was at the salon at 10am on Wednesday)..said she would text me with the instructions of how to do it….it is 3:32pm (Friday) and I still have not received any text message. I have called the place 2x and no answer. So now I will just have to guess how to apply it.
