I had the Evexipel pellet hormone therapy procedure almost 2 weeks ago and I can not believe the difference I feel!! It has not only given me more strength and endurance but it has helped with my mood swings and overall mental health. I was a total skeptic at first but I am a total believer now. If you want a better life balance then this is definitely something you should check into. Dr. Bembi is incredible and I did not feel a thing!! I feel like a new man!!

This place is amazing. I went here because I was freaking out about my skin, and after watching all these YouTube videos about skin care, closed comedones and clogged pores, I decided to go to a professional. I scheduled an appointment with the esthetician Anna, and she is amazing. Over the course of a couple months she has helped me figure out my skin. Even when my skin was at its worst and was flaring out, we finally figured out the cause and I was given a prescription. My skin has been looking better and better! I am so thankful! The place is super aesthetic and relaxing , Anna is so sweet. Amazing experience everytime!

Phenomenal results! I have been blessed with freckles, and with freckles came my sun spots. My sun spots started to appear over two year’s ago. I felt so embarrassed and I didn’t know what to do. Until I was told about West Point. My cousin recommended that I see Ana. As soon as I met Ana, she made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed to not have one drop of make up on. She immediately knew what I was their for. She knew exactly what to do. Not only did she resolve my concerns, she also educated me. I had a dermabrasion and a chemical peel done on my face. I love my results. Now I don’t have to wear any foundation. Thank you Ana and West Point Aesthetic Center.

I went two weeks ago here for the first time because it’s closer to my house. I usually go to Devine Imagine and get 50 units of Botox regularly and really like the results. Anyway I went here and did 58 units which the PA recommend. Two weeks later there was very little change. I called and they scheduled me to come back. I went in today and the front staff was very nice. One redid the pictures and even agreed I had a lot of lines still. She said we will fix it. The the Dr. came in and was not the nicest. I explained I usually do 50 and he said your probably getting where you did it to long and it’s not working anymore. I said it just worked 3 1/2 months ago perfect. Then he said I do it to much. I do it as recommended. The more you do it the less most have to do every time. So nothing he said made since. He went out came back in and said well maybe you need more. I said I never do this much maybe I should get my injection history and bring it in. He just said ok and said I’m doing 12 more units in the places of concern. Never said he was charging. Anyway when I’m done they changed me for the other 12 unit. Their product was either not good or not administered correctly. I paid but will not be back. Unfortunately patient care is not important. I now have went from 50 to 70 units to be closer to home. Never again. I will be driving so I get good product and better patient care.

I originally purchased a Groupon for Botox to see if I’d like this place. I love it and have been coming here for 4 years. I won’t go anywhere else. They won’t do a procedure if they don’t think it will benefit you. Honesty goes along way! Dr. B, Wendy, Anna and Lilly are the best.

The staff was amazing and professional although I do agree with some of the reviews on here I did get the groupon special for the botox because 20 units is all it takes to target my problem area. I have never had more than 20 units put in the area and it has always worked…I saw no change as if nothing was injected. My whole family noticed the same thing. It was definitely a waste of money especially for a single mom of 5. Unfortunately I loved the results of the receptionist lips and wanted to go get them done there but I’m afraid the same thing will happen. I knew if they told me to go back to get more botox put on my forehead I would be made to pay for extra units.

IT is in your best interest not to go to this place. The x-ray technician dropped my laptop and damaged it…I reported it to the Manager. I told her what had happen and I would send her the bill…still to this day she has no called me back. Their customers best interest is not at heart.
