First of all let me tell you that the owners of West Plano Aesthetics did a lot of research to find the best and safest procedures with the best outcomes for their patients. Their first concern is for the well being of the patient and second is the result. Physician Assistants perform the procedures under the tutelage of the MD. I had the Secret RF procedure and consists of 3 treatments. They developed a numbing cream to apply that works great and made it relatively painless. During the treatment they stopped to see how I was doing and followed up after each procedure. I had a unique experience. I didn’t realize I have a metal allergy. After the procedure it is normal to be a little red and puffy for a day. My puffiness was worse. The doctor immediately called in medicine for me, and I was back to normal. The other two procedures were uneventful because the doctor was aware of my allergy.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had been struggling with dry eyes and a skin irritation around my eyes for many months. Nothing seem to help. Dr. Bailey administered three IPL treatments. The skin irritation left and has not returned. The dry eyes were 80% better. Before the treatment I was unable to get cataract surgery because my eyes were too dry. After the treatment I was able to qualify for the surgery. The treatments were easy and painless.
