I went in with a botched job from another nail salon and she gave me a work of art on my nails. Her hand painted designs are unmatched. She can literally do anything. 10/10 would recommend.

Kelsey H. From west oak salon did my hair recently and she did an amazing job!! She had a last minute opening and I was so happy I booked ! She was very attentive to what I wanted and she made sure I was comfortable in her chair the entire time and asking if she could get me anything during my appointment. Salon is so nice and clean and you can relax while pampering yourself !

Critical: ProfessionalismI was in search of a new stylist and found west oak salon while googling salons in the area. I read over the reviews and saw great reviews for Kelsey W so I decided to book an appointment with her for a balayage and hair cut. I also decided to book my 3 yr old daughter an appointment also so she could get pampered and get a blow out! We would have a mother/daughter hair day before the holidays to make memories. My daughter and I arrived to our schedule appointment. Kelsey W’s first impression was awful. She did not make us feel welcomed and was very rude when greeting us. One of her first statements was that my daughter wasn’t allowed at the salon. I explained to her that she is also getting her hair done. Kelsey W went on to explain that she still wasn’t allowed to stay with me to wait while I got my hair done. She expected me to have someone come and pick my daughter up then bring her back when it was her turn to get her hair done. I went ahead and made arrangements to have someone pick up my daughter. While discussing what I wanted done with my hair, Kelsey W was still cold and unfriendly. I decided to ask her again why my daughter wasn’t able to stay with me since she was getting her hair done also. She stated there wasn’t a waiting area for my daughter to sit and kids aren’t allowed in the salon in the first place. My overall experience was horrible from start to finish. My daughter and I went to the salon to have a girls day and the salon made it a horrible experience. My daughter was devastated as so was I! This salon is not accommodating at all!
