I recently switched because they have great hours. They are really fantastic. There is much more they can do with designs and many more powder gel colors. It’s exceptionally clean, very good on precautions and for a better manicure and pedicure, it still costs less. Highly highly recommend. Summary of customer service: in both signs and directly asking, Joanna and her crew make sure you are happy while you are still there so she can make changes and you leave happy.

I have been receiving manicures and pedicures at Joanna Nails for years. Aside from being welcoming and very clean, the technicians are great. I haven’t had any issues. I love their powder manicures which last for 3 weeks, no lights used. They are also up-to-date on the latest trends and nail art. Caring owner. Thumbs up to this establishment.

First time at this place today. The place is big, clean and pretty. There was a steady flow of customers and every station was occupied, but little or no waiting for service. I got there 10 minutes early and was seated immediately. I was asked to wash my hands before the manicure, which was nice for sanitation. Staff nice. I met the owner, who is lovely. My powder dip manicure came out beautifully. Will try a pedicure soon too. Overall nice nail salon.

It has been almost a week since I had my dip powder manicure done at Joanna. My nails are super thin and this tech definitely hit the right sweet spot between giving my nails shape but not making them too thick. Although I use my hands in the kitchen alot, without gloves, my nails look just as they did when I left the salon. I don’t live in the neighborhood, but this salon will be worth driving out of my way. I intend to be a repeat customer because the service is great and the salon is really beautiful, it is airy and has a fresh feel and positive energy.

I got the best powder manicure!!!! The spa is clean and laid out well. Safety guidelines were followed via plexiglass dividers between staff/customers, and request for customer handwashing upon entry. The icing on the cake was Joanna herself as we had the most delightful chat – I got very “good people” vibes from her. I will most certainly visit Joanna’s again when I am in the area.

I love this place! Everytime I need a manicure and/or pedicure, I come here. The staff is so friendly and gives you a warm welcoming. I was there a few days back for a manicure and pedicure to get everything done for new years and I love it! She did an amazing and outstanding job! A few days have passed now and the nail polish is still on point! Like this is what I call quality! I love going to Joanna Nail SPA and I highly recommend it!! Best nail spa I’ve ever been too! If I could I would give them more stars!
