It was owner and stylist Kelly Hiers’ vision for creating a salon that offered a trendy atmosphere, the latest styles, great service, and a perfect location that brought West Mane to Forsyth on September 18, 2007. Within that first year, Kelly Hiers and her team of stylists were voted the Best Salon in Monroe County and received The Golden Nail Award 2007. Since then, West Mane Salon has grown and taken the title of Best Place To Work (2012 & 2013) and Best Hair Salon (2014 & 2015). West Mane Salon’s goal is to provide an individualized styling experience for every client so that you leave feeling confident in your look.

Brought my granddaughter in for a hair style. The stylist said “oh, I didn’t know you were here for a style.” Well, I plainly told the lady that booked my appointment. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle we wanted. OMG…all the stylist did was literally go around her hair and made ringlets with a curling iron and sprayed them. I could have done that. Charged me $65.00 for 45 minutes and didn’t get even close to the picture she was shown. I picked this salon based on the reviews expecting to get a professional hair style. Don’t have to worry about me ever wasting my money in here again.

Worse experience dining at O’CHARLEYS EVER!!! We had to continue to ask someone to bring us something to drink. We finally had to get the manager to bring us something to drink but he was in such a hurry we didn’t get to even express our disappoint. Our food was undercooked and took forever to get when there were only a few people there eating. The waitress only checked on us once and after we ate what we could our waitress came to the table, took my husbands credit card and didn’t even try to give us our receipt so that we knew what we were paying…. We had my in laws with us and she ask for mushrooms and onions with her steak and they only brought the onions and stated they would be an upcharge for the mushrooms not when they took her order but after she was almost through eating( like we couldn’t afford it) we seen it on the menu so we knew it would be a charge but that’s what she ordered!!!! I would NEVER recommended this O’CHARLEYS to anyone!!!
