I came in for color yesterday and Barbara did foils and made it look awesome, I had just came from getting a trim from another shop that didn’t have time to do my color and Barbara ended up going back over it and shaping it and giving me a more thorough cut and it turned out great.(plus she didn’t charge for the cut) So even though it is shorter, it looks so much better. I have more body and it looks thicker. My husband loved it and I have gotten many compliments.

I wish I could leave no stars. This was absolutely the worst hair-cutting experience of my life. My stylist didn’t smile at me once in the entire time I was in the salon. It took her longer to blow dry my (short) hair than it did for her to cut it. She was desultory, unfriendly, unprofessional, and slap-dash. I was in and out, with a “complete” shampoo, conditioning, cut, and blow dry in under twenty minutes.

Do NOt go too this salon ! Your hair will be messed up! I went on August 25, 2018 it was on a Saturday. My appointment was at 12:00 pm. I got their at 11:30am! I showed the hair dresser Barbara a picture of what I wanted! I told her I didn’t want too look like a poodle! I wanted too keep my hair long. I only wanted a tremendous on the ends an some long layers shapping toward my face. She said I know exactly whay your talking about! She said I don’ do 80’s perm looks. Barbra talked so confident in how too do my hair. I also told her several times B4 she started on my hair that day… That my hair was naturally curly short. During my appointment time there were 3 or four other costumers she had done there hair in my appointment time. It was all rushed! Needless too say she wacked about ten inches too a foot off my hair. She is short so I couldn’t see in the mirror what she was doing. I even sjshow her another picture of how I wanted mu hair while she was rolling it! She assured me that she knew how too do it. She started cutting on my hair before perming it. She was rushing! You go too a salon too feel better good about your appearance! Not leaving disappointed an about too cry! She chopped my hair off an butchered it. I have cried every day! I thought maybe it would look better after I washed it!y hair had been cut off too short! I didn’t want it short. It took 5 years too grow my hair out 3 inches past my bra strap. I washed it on Monday an combed my hair. I realized then how awful my hair cut was. It wasn’t even an it was zig zag. It looked like a two year old got a holy of my hair! Not a professional! I didn’t know that this was a beauty school! So fair warning. Barbra the owner.knew I wasn’t happy with my hair when I left! It was bad. I have cried so much an I don’t feel pretty! I called Barbara an didn’t relized she was the owner of the salon! On Wednesday august 29, 2018! Today because I was supposed too go in an get my hair relax from her mess up on my perm! She wacked my hair good. On the phone I told her how devistated I was an I would like a return on the money so that I could go too Hollywood too get it fixed an that I was afraid too let her touch my hair anymore because she wacked it off an it was butchered! That I have cried every day. It was a nightmare once I washed it! An saw how much the hair cut was screwed! She refused too refund the money! An was not guinine on her apologise! It an emotional terminal! My hair is screwed up because of her! An she doesn’t care! How do you let someone correct your hair when the didn’t just make a little glitch! They done a big F up! It just simple she should of returned the money or even half. So I couldn’t go too a higher end Solon an get her screw up fixed.

I LoVe this place!!! Why? Not only do they do a WONDERFUL job at what they do but the staff are EXCELLENT!!! I will NEVER get my hair cut anywhere else… My Mother Brenda always came here for her hair needs….But the level of professionalism and treating an individual with the respect someone deserves. When I would accompany my Mommy down to the location to have her hair done the staff were always polite, they were never rough,rude by staring at my Mother’s struggles. But yet the staff held high consideration for my Mommy’s daily difficulties and overall disability with a minute by minute fight/struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The staff went as far as making the LoVe in which My Mommy had in having her hair do from a difficult up and down task/pain to a fun and less painful enjoyment. I was able to bare witness to the staff instill back into my Mommy her enjoyment of having her hair done by taking the extra time and the consideration of her difficulties/pain to allow her to enjoy something she she had began to dislike due to her disability back to something she LoVed oh so much!! To that and your Great talent in hair I WILL NEVER go anywhere else.
