My wife goes there regularly and it is her first choice in the Austin area. Easy to get an appointment and usually they will squeeze her in. They also take walk ins if not too crowded. Quality depends on the tech. However, since she continues to patronize them all the techs do a fine job, some just a little better.

I am not from Austin but needed my nails done while I was here. I read the reviews and decided this would be a good place and boy was I right! Hannah was not only extremely skilled she was delightful to be around. My nails looked great and that’s a huge accomplishment for me as I pick and bite them. I visited the salon twice and would highly recommend it and Hannah to everyone. If I’m ever back I will definitely be in again. Thank you so much Hannah!❤️

I was a walk in, and they did a good dip, but was confused because for $45 ( not including tip) and the girl didn’t soak, or do any type of cuticle work, no hand massage, no lotion… just took my old dip off, cut and filed my nails, and dipped again. Felt like a burn and turn, and is what makes me question the $45. Dip powder

Super friendly staff. Very chatty and pleasant. I have been to many salons where they spoke another language the entire time and didn’t get to know you as a customer. This is the opposite of that. As I sat getting my nails done, I could tell that many regulars come in because they seemed to know them by name and even hugged many of them. My daughter got her nails done as well and they offered to test one of the colors on her nail to see if she liked it. If she didn’t, they said they would remove it and start over. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our service. I will definitely by visiting this salon again.

The best nail salon in Austin by far. The manager is such a kind and sweet woman and she cares deeply about customer service. The nail specialists are so skilled. It is a pure joy getting a manicure, pedicure and wax. They are really busy so call ahead to make an appointment if you can. But even if you can’t they work really hard to get every walk-in taken care of in a timely fashion. They are like a family there and take care of each customer as if they were the most important customer. I almost don’t want to advertise cause they are such a great find, but they deserve to be really successful! I absolutely adore them.

Great during the week and have always had good service, but had an appointment on a weekend and when I arrived at my appointment time the place was completely PACKED—I’m talking a person in every pedicure chair and 2 people waiting. This would be frustrating during normal times, but with COVID it felt unsafe as well. Disappointed, as they usually have good service and pricing is affordable, but will stay away for now.
