I went here on the day before my WEDDING and received the worst service I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon. It started with my gel manicure, I kindly asked for a French manicure for my hands and feet and the guy began to paint my entire nail white, I kindly stated that I wanted a French nail and he threw my hand down and asked me to leave. His boss scolded him a bit and they began to argue before he decided to do my nails himself.. this manicure took about 2 1/2-3 hours to complete..just a simple French nail. He then rudely requested that I pay $110 with a lip waxing included in the price that I did not need.. ON MY WEDDING DAY I HAD TERRIBLE BREAKOUT AROUND MY LIPS that make up could not cover up I left very unsatisfied and will never go back.

I wish I could leave them 0 stars… by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. This place sucks! I told the lady to shape my eyebrows, I didn’t want much hair at all waxed off and she did the complete opposite!!!! & I refused to pay because my eyebrows were uneven and super thin the manager or whoever he was completely ignore the way my face looked and told me to pay and come back tomorrow & they’ll fix them! How !?!? How are you going to make my hair grow back!?!? & to make the whole experience worst it was birthday and I had to attend my own birthday dinner with my eyebrows looking crazy. My pedicure was half done as well, lumps in the gel polish, some of my toes weren’t even fully polished when I looked closer at them & my feet didn’t feel smooth at all and I can see patches where she half scrub the callus off of my heels. & she didn’t even lotion my feet, so I left with ashy feet. I would never go here again & I hope they closed down for the terrible service!

This salon charged me $91 for a $28 dollar pedicure that I was not satisfied with (and the manager was not ok with it either, so he called another tech to look at it but never offered to fix it until I said something) and $63 for a fill (Gel). The nail tech charged me extra to file my nails, one finger he added more acrylic and never said to me that it is extra. He charged me $12 for the extra acrylic. When I asked why the bill was so much, he then stated all the add ons. I told him he needs to let the customer know before doing the service how much it is going to be, so we can decide if we want the service or not. This was my first and last time at this business.

Me and my friend got there 2 hours before they closed. We asked for a pedicure and acrylic. They were rushing to do our nails so much that we didn’t get our cuticles cut, the shapes were off, and they now don’t give scrubs with your basic pedicure. My pedicure was so poorly done that my entire gel paint came off of one toe. And how much we spent for that service? $100. Sadly, I’m not going back.

When asked a question about pricing because prices change for the same exact set i get when i come, she said she doesn’t want drama and continues to talk over you as if you’re incompetent. Worst experience ever! The pedicure lasted less than 30 min. I asked for an A deluxe and she only did a basic. Turns out she was rushing to go get lunch. Very disappointed and my nails are uneven and paint is not even. Pedicure
