I had a manicure and pedicure at West End Salon, and unfortunately I would not recommend this salon. The service was over priced for the quality performed. $100 for a mani (regular polish) / pedi that took less than 1 hour with little to no massage, an uncomfortable pedi chair, and no soaking of the hands in water to soften the cuticles. It was painful at times when the technician cleaned up the cuticles. And the polish application was messy. Additionally, the salon was not clean. For these reasons I would not recommend this salon.

I walked in on a whim to see if they had availability and lucked out with an hour massage with Scottie. Oh my goodness, he’s got magic hands. Possibly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I very very highly recommend. And the owner Dougie is adorable too. Definitely swing by and get a service here.

Had a manicure and pedicure here. The manicure was ok, the person did push my cuticles back, and felt really rushed. The pedicure was okay, was kind of surprised the pedi did not include calf to scrubbed or lotions. Again very rushed. Not worth $55.00
