It’s not where you get your haircut as much as the hairdresser that’s taken care of you. Amanda was top-notch. It was such a casual atmosphere which was fantastic. I felt like I was in a no judge zone which was great. Amanda was so down to earth and asked me a bunch of questions of what I wanted as a cut and style and continued to ask questions all the way through the haircut. She was absolutely fantastic and I’m so happy I finally found my hairdresser.

Everyone is so kind. A family friendly atmosphere. Stylists are up to date on the latest tends. There are master stylists on site. Pedicures and manicures available with the latest techniques. I have been going to this salon since it opened following my stylist who is the owner and is on site daily. Hours of operation are early and late enough to accommodate any schedule. I love this place. At one point considered moving to another state and knew I would have to plan trips back to utilize this salon. I also have chemical allergies and my stylist got the products that I’m able to use to accommodate my needs. I had several surgeries on my head due to an injury and she made special accommodations to make me as comfortable as possible and to be able to help me not have just the shaved areas from the surgeries. She gave me a hairstyle that would be trendy yet allow the surgeons to access the areas necessary. They were able to accommodate my entire wedding party on a Saturday with enough staff to style everyone’s hair and apply make up to those requesting. The day prior, I they were able to accommodate my entire wedding party with pedicures and manicures. They allow you to bring your own food and refreshments in for such occasions. The best customer service I’ve ever had. I have not one complaint EVER in 23 years.

We booked an appointment with one of thier hairstylists trying to stay local and when she showed up for the appointment (on time) the stylist had already left to go to a concert and no one else wanted to stay to do her hair,in yet it was only 3 in the afternoon. So we went to Strands located on Cherry and they we’re able to fit us in and they did an amazing job thanks for saving the day Strands , (Joanna!)
