Enjoyed my stylist (Kristen) and like my cut, but I wish I had known that this is a group of independent stylists, and that there is no receptionist. That said, I thought it was a cost-effective and asthetically pleasing result. Four stars for the extremely rough hair washer lady who didn’t say a word to me the whole time. But as my stylist said, if you are looking for a “spa experience,” then West End isn’t really the place for you.
