The entire staff at West End Barber Co does an excellent job! Whether its just you or the whole family that needs a new hair style, this is the place to be in the upstate. I have been a client of Veronica’s for two years now and I am always happy with my haircut that I receive. When it is time for our son to get a haircut, he always demands that Veronica cut his hair. I literally can not say enough good things about this business and the staff. I look forward to many more awesome hair cuts by Veronica in the future!

Critical: ValueThe ladies at West End are very polite and professional. My issue with West End Barber Co stems from my second visit. First let me state that the ladies worked me in with short notice, however the service that was provided was a buzz cut that took about 15 minutes, after my cut I was told the charge was $25, I added a $10 tip for a total of $35. Next day I am looking over my credit card online and noticed I was charged $45. I called and left a message with my concern. After not receiving any response two days later I checked my credit card online and I noticed the charge had increased to $55. I called West End and spoke with them about my concern. I was told there was a misunderstanding and the lady that cut my hair the first time only charged me for a buzz cut and my second hair cut was considered a haircut which was more. I mentioned that I was told my charge was $25, I was informed how sorry they were that there was a misunderstanding but the charge will not be corrected. Of course my issue is don’t tell me at the time of the cut one price then without informing me charge me $20 more dollars. Needless to say I requested my credit card be deleted from their file and if (that’s a big if) I go back there I will only pay with cash. The ladies at West End are very polite and professional. My issue with West End Barber Co stems from my second visit. First let me state that the ladies worked me in with short notice, however the service that was provided was a buzz cut that took about 15 minutes, after my cut I was told the charge was $25, I added a $10 tip for a total of $35.
