I was lucky enough to meet Dr Emmanuel Agnant. He really cares about his patients, and very helpful if one is confused about anything. He is so compassionate and considerate. Unlike Dr Henry who is not friendly, and only cares about how to make you spend money especially on their products. God was so kind by making the receptionist not to inform me that Dr Henry was not in the office before my arrival on that fateful day. That was how I switched to Dr Emmanuel who happened to be a blessing to me. So, if you want the best experience and result, book an appointment with Dr Emmanuel and you will thank me later.

It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my prescriptions. I was prescribed medications not covered by my insurance plan. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks asking to have them switched to something that wont cost me hundreds of dollars. On top of that they push their own products and they aren’t cheap. I like most people can’t afford to spend $500 a month on skin care. They are just trying to get your money. I would never recommend this place.

Hi! I finally find my dermatologist! Dr Emmanuel, I walked into his office w dark spots, and believe when I tell you I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on creams, but nothing seemed to work, The Emmanuel prescribed a cream and a few months later SPOTS ARE GONE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Dr Henry rushes ur appointment and he’s not honest with you. He does not prescribe anything covered by your insurance . I have 1199. And he kept prescribing me things over 2000 dollers because he knew I had a good job. I asked him why not prescribe something covered by my insurance and he responded he doesn’t know how to check what medicine is covered by my insurance . Ur appointment will be less than 3 mins. His assistant is very nasty and unprofessional in fact she once hung up the phone on me because I was asking too many questions she got really frustrated . The whole experience was terrible he charged my insurance for visits but never fully treated me .

My first time there and its taking over a month for the doctor to get my prescriptions authorized to be covered. The staff just give you the run around. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Not worth the frustration. He also doesn’t seem to care at all. I hope this review helps anyone considering going here.

I had an appointment with Dr. Emmanuel, I was running a few minutes late and I called 4 times to let them know that I might be a few minutes late. Each time when I called they picked up the phone and just hung up. When I got there and ask them all they said was “oh I’m sorry” this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Amazing dermatologists and office staff! I was taken in as a walk-in the same day and did not wait long. The receptionist was very sweet and even emailed me the forms so I can fill it out before I got there. The medical assistants were very attentive and the manager Iris explained the products the derm recommended for me. I recommend this place to anyone. Will be bringing my children here as well.

I was very curious about my shoulder and my arm and wanted to get some expert advice. So I just looked up places online and happen to find this place. I called the number and was greeted by a very nice lady, believe her name was Stephanie. She explained to me about different skin conditions and whether or not I should be concerned. She was very informative and pleasant. Although it seemed like I had nothing to worry about after hearing what she had to say, she still urged me to make an appointment with the doctor and come in. So I’ll definitely be doing that, and I urge everyone to make appointments if you happen to see something. Better safe than sorry!
