Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went for a massage as it is very near to my location. I paid for one hour massage I didn’t get a good massage just did for a 40 mins which is not at all good and demanding a tip for $50 which I get too much. Lost money, time and no good massage. Tip is something which we should give not by their demand. Customer satisfaction is nothing to them. I paid for one hour massage I didn’t get a good massage just did for a 40 mins which is not at all good and demanding a tip for $50 which I get too much. Lost money, time and no good massage. The ladies were professional, sanitized the rooms, they hands/arms, we all wore masks, took our temperatures. Their techniques were wonderful, I didn’t want it to end.
