I go there probably every 3 weeks. I usually get a haircut by Patty or Shannon who do awesome work. I got a haircut from Saul yesterday. Great conversation. Made me feel like he’s been cutting my hair for years. Excellent hair cut. I looked all clean cut thanks to him. This business has a great atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming. I saw a kid probably 5 years old and they were so good with him. Treated him so good. This is what a barbershop should be like.. Highly recommend this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called two days ahead to make an appointment because I was bringing someone in who was in a wheelchair recovering from surgery. I made an appointment (no name of a barber was given to me) and told repeatedly that a haircut in a wheelchair would be no problem. Showed up and the one person cutting hair had no idea what appointment I was talking about and said he didn’t know who I talked to, so he couldn’t help me. They also misgendered my partner and generally acted super weirded out by the wheelchair. I called two days ahead to make an appointment because I was bringing someone in who was in a wheelchair recovering from surgery. I made an appointment (no name of a barber was given to me) and told repeatedly that a haircut in a wheelchair would be no problem. Patty at WCB did a great job at hearing me out and cutting my hair with my input and her skills. Definitely going back here. This was my first time coming here since I am new to the area, but my next cut is here for sure! Bringing my kid too here next week.
