Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was the most horrific place I’ve ever gotten Arcrylics from. I came in, showed a picture and got NOTHING similar to what I wanted. The lady was incredibly aggressive with the hand massage, made me bleed from cutting my cuticles and after asking her why they’re uneven she proceeded to do my nails. I called when I got home to see if I could get a refund or a reshaping/repainting and they told me they don’t do refunds and would charge me more for reshaping/repainting. The manager is INCREDIBLY unprofessional, the place is HORRIBLE, the job they do is DISGUSTING and the vibe is anything but relaxing. This was the most horrific place I’ve ever gotten Arcrylics from. I came in, showed a picture and got NOTHING similar to what I wanted. The lady was incredibly aggressive with the hand massage, made me bleed from cutting my cuticles and after asking her why they’re uneven she proceeded to do my nails. They were able to accommodate 6 of us with less than an hour notice. The staff were friendly, funny and made us feel so welcome. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Plus our toes looked great! Would highly recommend. We were in town with my son’s 15u comp baseball team and a group of moms decided last minute they would like to get Pedis. They were able to accommodate 6 of us with less than an hour notice. The staff were friendly, funny and made us feel so welcome. The place was very clean and well taken care of. Plus our toes looked great! Would highly recommend. If baseball brings me back to the area, I will definitely be returning!
