Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI suffer from an autoimmune disease that causes a lot of soreness in my muscles and joints and have had many-many massages in my life. Diane is, by far, the best therapist I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable of anatomy and physiology, has amazing intuition when it comes to identifying the areas that need her focus, and she has an amazingly good memory. Her place is squeaky clean, she is very easy to talk to, but also just fine with no conversation during the sessions. Diane is just an all around nice and genuinely caring person. I am moving further away, but will continue to come see her. I suffer from an autoimmune disease that causes a lot of soreness in my muscles and joints and have had many-many massages in my life. Diane is, by far, the best therapist I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable of anatomy and physiology, has amazing intuition when it comes to identifying the areas that need her focus, and she has an amazingly good memory. Simply put, Diane is the best. I just had my first massage with her and it was by far the best I’ve ever received. She is extremely personable and invested in making you feel better. I have struggled with extreme neck and shoulder tension since high school and in one session Diane was able to relieve the years and years of pressure that had built up. I have been well treated by chiropractors physical therapists and massage therapists over that time however, over the past year, under Diane’s expert care I have less pain and stiffness than I have had over the past 30 years. I am someone who truly believes everything happens for a reason and my meeting with Diane was fate. I have suffered for 20 years with back issues due to an old injury. My back started feeling bad one day and the next I was in excruciating pain. On assignment in the West Chester area, I needed to find a Myofascialist and quickly. The warm voice on the phone belonged to Diane. I asked if she accepted walk-ins and she asked what was going on with me. I could feel her warmth and caring personality over the phone and felt relief when she told me to come in that afternoon. Diane could sense the urgency as she greeted me in the parking lot and noticed I was barely able to walk. Diane took the time to listen with an empathetic ear as I told her how all this began and what led up to my visit. Professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable, I instantly felt at ease and Diane began to work on a body whose pain was well off the charts. When I left the office, not only was I able to walk better, but I was able to sleep that evening. Continuing with her caring manner, Diane checked on me early in the morning and for a few days after. Each day I felt improvement and by our second appointment less than a week later, my pain level had been reduced to less than 5. I have a way to go as my injury is serious, but with Diane working with me, I know we are on the right path. Most offices require a patient to make an appointment and had it not been for Diane’s genuine warmth and caring manner, I would not be on my way to regaining my health. Thank you, Diane!!

She goes through a list of questions with you beforehand to get an idea of how to serve you best. Diane is amazing.
