I have been a customer w Denny for 30-40 yrs. Now that he has retired, I find my cut has to be sched on line. In doing so for today at noon, which I had a confirmation for, the door was locked, and despite waiting 20 min, no one arrived. I will thus find a more reliable barbershop for future cuts. Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband was a customer for over 18 years. Sandy was his barber and she gave a very good haircut but the owner Lori is very rude and unprofessional. My husband had been exposed to covid and spent his time in quarantine. He had been tested 3 times for his job and was negative every time. He called to try and make an appointment with sandy. Tried to get ahold of her several times. It had been at least 7 weeks since his exposure and he had 3 negative tests. When he finally got someone to answer the phone Lori told him he was not welcome at this barber shop any longer after being a customer for over 18 years. Due to the rudeness and discrimination I would NEVER recommend this barbershop to anyone as long as Lori is the owner.My husband was a customer for over 18 years.
