I gave a 2 star rating because the husband is a genuine super nice guy he does an outstanding job on your nails but Wendy the wife is not black people friendly. I witnessed it time after time once they memorized my phone number from me calling to schedule a appointment they would not answer the phone i called several times on different days at different times then i would ride by there to see if they were open and they were Wendy only wants to service white people.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI love giving good reviews when possible. I just couldn’t this time. They definitely aren’t the friendliest people but that’s ok if I can get a good service. I only went in for a polish and the person polishing wasn’t really sure of the process. She started over a few times and still did a horrible job.

Worst experience! I called this morning and a guy answered, that sounded asleep, and was informed they opened at 930am today…so I leave memphis and head to this salon. Upon arrival, and the first person being there, I was refused service because I didn’t make an appointment. WAS NEVER INFORMED AN APPOINTMENT WAS NEEDED!!!

Thank God for these people being consistent always. They’re very knowledgeable and helpful. Services are reasonably priced and shop is clean. They’ve fixed my nails that were messed up at other shops on a few occasions. They made a regular out of me. Thank you guys!! I love my nails!!

Always a fabulous experience I love this nail salon the people that own it or absolutely kind and wonderful and do meticulous work. The prices are very good and competitive with other salons. There’s never a wait more than 10 or 15 minutes. They are easy to work with and always do a wonderful job. I will not go anywhere else!!!
