Worst experience ever first she didn’t even ask how long I wanted my nail she cut it then this looks like my daughter did my nails it looks like trash it’s not worth $45 and then she gets mad because I tell her that they look bad she had to do them twice second time turn out even worse.. It was my first time going there I will never go back if you need your nails done just go to AJ Nails on university… Now I need to pay to get my my nails off and get them done again…

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot my dip powder and pedi done here for first time. Less than 24 hours after i had a chipped toe and 2 chipped dip powder nails. I went back to get fixed, they asked me to come back later to fix 2 nails. I went back a couple hours later and they fixed but weren’t friendly about it.2 days later i had 2 more chipped nails and went back again to get fixed, Wanda made it sound like it was my fault but i did nothing to cause these chips. She seemed very annoyed with me coming back. Then, a couple days later i have 3 more chipped nails. Within under a week, I’ve had 7 out of my 10 fingernails chipped!! I have been going here for ever, I never knew their rating on google till today. This is a poor representation of this nail salon. I LOVE them, every time we go here they are polite, courteous, efficient and kind. Their prices are very good for what they do.

A tech here destroyed my nails with the Dremel taking gel off! My nails were now so thin and peeling! I did not want to put anything on them until they grew out and got healthy again!

I’ve been going there for years and everyone is always very professional. I have never been disappointed with the way Rosie does my nails. I would highly recommend them. Plus they got new pedicure chairs that are FANTASTIC!!!

Well, this was my third time and my last. Previously I made appointments. I called and tech on the phone said come now we open at 9 a.m. We arrived at 8:55 a.m. the manager, Danny, turned us around and told us they where too busy and we will need to come back. So I asked to make an appointment and the manager, Danny, would not even write it down. I noticed on my last 2 visits that there were no people of color as customers in the salon. Now I know why. They advertise a fill for $12.99 yet they charge you $13.00, they have a price list on the wall that a design is $3 and up he told the tech to charge us $5 not asking what kind of design I wanted or nothing, just yelled out $5. Then they speak in their native tongue and stare at you and giggle. Very RUDE! Please tell me how can people from other countries come to the USA and start businesses and then show partiality. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
