She installed 2 rows of beautiful tape-ins and they are still perfectly intact & beautiful.Wendy deserves more than 5 stars for a number of reasons:1. She was EXTREMELY flexible. I waited until the last minute to try and get an appointment with a stylist to install tape-ins for a Cabo wedding the next weekend. I texted her on a Saturday and she was able to fit me in that MONDAY. As in – She went to her distributor the next morning, picked up the perfect match tape-ins just by going off a photo I sent her, and had me walking around with gorgeous long hair by the afternoon. Obviously I plan to plan ahead in the future, but a lot of stylists or personal service providers do not accommodate such last minute jobs and tell them tough luck. So grateful I found Wendy!2. She did a fantastic job. This was my first time getting serious hair extensions after years of opting to use clip-ins that were doing some serious damage to my hair / making my natural hair unbearable to look at. Taking out clip-ins is like taking off a bra – I was worried that tape-ins would feel like the clip-ins I could never take off. When Wendy put mine in I could not feel them and still 4 weeks later cannot feel them.3. She made sure I felt extremely safe and comfortable due to covid-19. Her spa was extremely clean and she took a number of extra precautions that she made me aware of prior to my appointment.4. She’s a great person in general. Very kind, warm, friendly, and intuitive. I gave her my idea for my hair and she ran with it and put in her little twist and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. I’ve never gotten this many compliments on my hair ever! Although she bleached parts of my hair for highlights, it doesn’t feel damaged at all. The color she used in my hair was exactly what I wanted as well. Also, her candles are to die for!
