I came into this place looking for someone to fix my botched nail job I just had finished an hour before from some other place. I came in I explained the situation to Daniel, showed him the same picture and he got it done no problem!! he did an amazing job just like the picture, completely fixed my nail shape and length!! don’t forget I JUST GOT MY NAILS DONE AN HOUR BEFORE and they were horrible but after Daniel took care of them I am sooo happy!! I drove 40 minutes to get there so he could fix them and it was so worth it!! i’d go again and again!

I’m giving this place 5 stars literally because of Leona. She is the best waxer I’ve ever had. It’s Hard to find someone who you trust that knows how to shape eyebrows the way you want them done, from the first time she ever did them she listened to exactly what I wanted and actually was able to do it perfectly, which is super rare. She also knows how to treat them afterwards instead of leaving them raw. Super talented gem, won my trust and loyalty. The rest of the place is good too. It’s not like super special but it’s good. I recommend.

Was there today, on time for my appointment (mani/pedi) but was kept waiting while Wendy finished a client before me. Since the pedicure attendant was still with another client, Wendy started on my manicure. Goodness, it was so hurried, with frequent interruptions – phone calls, cashier, attending to clients . . . Can’t you get a receptionist to do those tasks? It was so annoying and the gel polish wasn’t applied well – I mean cuticle to base, because of the rushed service! The pedicure was much better service. I’ve seen previous complaints about credit card exaggerations – keeping an eye out for that.

Normally i’m not the type to complain and review, but my experience this evening at Wendy’s brought me to my breaking point. I made an appt. for myself and two friends at 3:30. We sat in the chairs for our pedicures at 3:40. First for 20 mins without water, then someone filled the water (no jets) and we continued to wait until 4:30. Then my friends and i got worked on for 10 minutes. I waited more time in lukewarm water than it took to give me what I payed for. Finally, one worker told my friend she had dry feet. I’m very disappointed in my experience and will not return.

Really happy with how my nails came out!! Got SNS dips with nail extensions and the technician did exactly what I asked for! The price was pretty good too, cheaper than the place I used to go to and I got sparkles on 2 nails on each hand. I had an appointment and they were ready right when I arrived (I’ve been to nail places that “take” your appointment and then you still have to wait when you get there, but not here!). Will definitely be a loyal customer.

There are some good techs however both my and my friends have had sub par work done multiple times. My nursing school pinning, graduation, and 25th birthday tomorrow I was expecting a clean simple white UV gel mani. Thumbs are two different lengths, and the edges/apexes are not smooth or filed just. Disappointed and I even tipped for a lazy job.

Love this spot! Wendy does such a great job on my nails. I get the UV gel and it really lasts. I have a problem with the regular power fill, it doesn’t stick to my nail well so they are always lifting but she introduced me to the UV gel and not a single lift in any part of my nail. She always gets my designs just right, exactly how I want them. The pedicures are perfect as well. Tons of color options. Pay cash and get a discount after spending $40 per person. Waxing available. Massages available. Accepts cards as well but tips must be in cash. Restroom available.
