I moved to the area a little over year ago prior to that I was going to the same nail salon for about 13 years. I went two Wendy’s 2 times then some friends recommended other places to try. While those other places were good I didn’t have the same comfort as Wendy’s; their salon has a very homelike feeling. There work is always amazing and their prices are perfect! I have yet to have a bad experience with the staff and have been a steady customer for the 8 months with no plans to change! I would 1,000xS recommend Wendy’s Nails and have recommended them!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here a month ago and got a gel pedicure. Everything seemed fine at first however, over the course of a month my nails became very brittle and started to splinter and fall off to the point where they bled. I believe that the gel that was used was too corrosive and caused my nails to become weak and fragile. Please beware and be careful with whatever you get done

I got a full set and they were all off within a week!!! When I called they said they would fix it and told me to come in and when I did they did not honor their own guarantee!!! Never go there!!! Acrylic nails

My favorite spot to get my nails done. They are genuinely nice people working here and they’re amazing at doing nails. They go above and beyond for their clients even if it means holding your crying baby or entertaining your impatient toddler. Just love it here!!!! Thank you always! The only place I’ll continue to get my nails done at.

I’ve been coming to Wendy Nails for over 10 years. Everyone is always so nice and the services are steller! I am always very happy with my nails, massages and waxing! Yesterday a woman was very nasty, unhappy with her service and was cursing like crazy. There was nothing that could be done to make this woman happy but Wendy kept her cool, was respectful and redid her nails for her. I will always go here and recommend you do the same!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI find the staff to be a bit rude. The guy that did my pedicure needs more training, polish job looked like a kid did it. The girl that did the manicure did a half @$$ job, basically just applied nail polish. If you need service for your $$, I suggest you go elsewhere!Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI keep giving this place a chance but I’m officially done now. Owner was not there today and it was a free for all. Sandy sat on her phone checking her apps while I sat in her chair waiting. Then she proceeded to trim my cuticles dry with a dirty instrument she used on the last customer NO barbicide in sight. Argued with me when I asked her to soak my cuticles before trimming them being that is how a proper manicure is done. She kept saying if she soaked my cuticles polish would not adhere never ever heard of that before ever. She slammed cabinets and drawers with anger and spoke in her language loudly to her coworkers cause I questioned her about soaking I was actually starting to feel un easy. She slammed down a small bowl with dirty water and said here you go. Then she went back on her phone to check her apps while I sat there soaking in a dirty bowl. She finally put her phone down and asked me if I was done soaking. I said I don’t really know you are the nail tech am I done soaking ? I finally had it at that point getting treated like I was bothering her by having her do my nails. I got up and said no more and paid for what was done so far and left. Drove down to a wonderful place in Bayville next to Jersey Mike’s and got a beautiful gel manicure where they soaked my cuticles and trimmed them professionally with a smile. (FYI – Good luck here and take notice that the instruments they are using are not being sanitized and they are definitely not adhering to sanitary precautions among other things. I definitely can do with out a dirty infection that I paid for. )Services: Gel manicures, PedicureI keep giving this place a chance but I’m officially done now. Every time I go there I get somebody who’s so gentle and sweet and does such a great job. The hot stone massages to die for, it’s worth the extra 5 bucks!
