Their price is cheap I understand but their service is really bad and rude. I did powder dip last week with tips and it didn’t even one full week one nail came off. Today I went to get manicure and the lady name Tiffiany finish the manicure in 5 mins . And did not even clean the nails properly. The worst manicure you can ever get. And as I was a regular customer I still tip them today. But asked her to improve the manicure. And was so rude and trying to defense. I stay 1 min walk from the salon but will never try this Wendy’s Salon ever. Worst and waste of money. Rather spend more money and get a better service.

I went to this nail salon to do acrylic short tips. In not even two weeks times the nails were coming up I went in to speak to the lady Wendy and she try to tell me that’s normal. I told her the most a filling should be needed in 2 weeks or more depending how the nail grows. The lady wendy had me wait a whole hour after she spoke about me in her language to her other collegue for me to get in her chair and her not to rectify the horrible work she did on my nails. When I went there previously I gave a good tip as well. I was so shock at the treatment but I didn’t allow her to fix my nails because she said I had to pay more money. I will never go back that nail salon or support thag business again. Customer should be a priority that is far beyond disgusting and disgraceful

If I can give her 0 star I would, I didn’t catch her name, but the lady was extremely rude. We asked for something else she did something else. She doesn’t understand english. Her attitude was pathetic and she had 3 other people waiting at the same time and she said she don’t have any time for me, but she gave me an appointment. DONT EVER GO THERE.

Not a long wait as most places but if you like having your acrylic broken or lift 3 to 5 days later then this is the place. Their products is weak your nails is always quick to break. I try supporting this place for months but I just can’t anymore. Either she just don’t know how to do nails after taking over from the previous owner or their products are weak.

I always get gel and tips done by Susan. I usually pay around $30. What I love the best is that when Susan does my nails when it’s time to get them done again I don’t loose ends around the part that attaches to my nail (usually when I run my fingers through my hair, it’ll get stuck).

I wish i never came here. This is the second time i gave this place my money. Worst experience ever! I called to make an appointment two hours prior, i arrived then two women spoke in chinese like surprused i was there. I waited 20 minutes then i was seated in a massage chair THAT WAS BROKE. The massge chair doesnt even massage and the water doesnt bubble not evwn hot water she put for my tired achy feet. She rushed through my pedicure rushed through everything even painting. As she sat me down she gave me the bill i atill tipped her because thats how i am. Then all 3 employees started to put their jackets on one even clapping her hands. As if she wanted me to just leave with wet toe nails. I has paper thin sandles on ans its cold outside i felt so uncomfortable i juat left with them on ..i called next day to speak to owner and she never even returned my call what great care for you customers . The staff mocked my complaining REFUSED TO GIVE OWNERS INFO AND TO INFORM HER OF MY COMPLAINTS. Disgusting people with low class. Defiently need new staff new chairs and new CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK ETHIC.
