I just relocated from North Carolina so I was taking a chance but a waste of $230 I literally feel like I been beat. What branding shop charges the same for jumbo as they do for small and your reasoning is because of 1.99 hair which you get cheaper. Than to top it quality isn’t good I show you picture of what I want and get something different. A rip off people do not waste your money! I’m so disappointed! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was nervous because of the reviews, but everybody has their own opinion. I had gotten my hair done last night and baby!! It looks so good I couldn’t stop smiling and on top of that they are super sweet. Loved my experience see y’all soon

A month ago I made my appointment for July 12, 2021 only to get there and they say they forgot to call to cancel because she took a two week vacation and forgot to inform her customers, and this is not the first time this has happened, y’all has to do better or just close your business. I would not be going back or recommend anyone to y’all. Yes your human and been in business 20yrs and don’t know how to conduct business on a professional level, y’all asked us for our phone number, has an appointment book which you write your appointments in and don’t have the audacity to call when you need to cancel. Critical: PunctualityI hate to say this because i was really getting comfortable going here but i am a little disappointed. My appointment that i scheduled 2 weeks in advance was at 3. I drove over a hour and arrived at 2:58 just to be told if i had something to do go do it because she was going to finish up another head shortly. Remind you i dont live nowhere close to Jackson and i dont know anyone or anything there. So i had to sit in the parking lot in my car for 3 and half hoursI wouldnt have been disappointed if it was the first time but this has happened almost every time i went.
