I don’t want to give my age away but here I go. For decades Evelyn’s been my Dr. She’s honestly a amazing lady. She is beyond kind hearted her new line of skincare products are amazing. I literally love it I use the vitamin serum every morning and night. Her over night masks leaves my skin feeling tighter and smooth. I only go to the best well spring spa is the best.

I have not been impressed with my experience at Well Springs thus far. They have forgotten the date of my appointment before and have failed to order my medicine to my pharmacy. They have made my experience with acne and trying to clear it up much more difficult through mishaps such as these. I have had to call WellSprings multiple times due to incidents such as these, and it truly has been a frustrating experience.

Would not recommend for acne treatment. Doctor and NP were very kind to me, and said everything to make me feel like the treatment they chose would work. I was a patient for two and a half years and my acne would yo-yo between really good and really bad. I was told not to moisturize, physically scrub 3x a week, and sold a bunch of their products that I’m not convinced were worth the money. Considering most acne prone people have very sensitive skin, I am still shocked that this is what WellSpring recommends. My new dermatologist told me about extremely affordable and accessible products, and I’ve been able to completely clear my skin in a fraction of the time and price.

I was very displeased with my recent experience. It was my first time at Wellspring with my 16 year old daughter. We had went for treatment of acne. The PA was only with us for a 5 minutes and talked so fast I had a hard time following. She was nice but was just in a hurry. She told 3 items we needed to purchase from them, which I did, and then 3 prescriptions I need to get from a pharmacy. She said I she use West Town Pharmacy next door to them so I wouldn’t get the generic medicine. She failed to tell me it would be about $700 for a month supply. When I went to the pharmacy they asked me for coupons. I had no idea what they were talking about. The pharmacy told me to go back to Wellsprings for coupons. I walked back over and they didn’t have any. Needless to say I didn’t purchase the medicine and feel like I wasted my time with to the PA. We have another appointment for May but I don’t know a reason for me to go back if I will be treated the same.

Visiting Wellsprings was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the region. The ancillary staff was overwhelmingly courteous, professional, and timely. The doctor I saw was the upmost professional with incredible bedside manner. They even went out of their way to keep the cost of the visit down. The bottom line is if you want an incredible experience with a dermatology specialist I implore you to go to Wellsprings.

It’s fine enough for a dermatologist I suppose. I’m not jazzed about them being pushy about Jesus at a doctor’s office. They only do two mole removals at a time and I’ve heard this may not be the norm.
