Amazing experience with Diana. I scheduled a new client consultation and color touch up, and she very extensively talked to me about what my hair goals were and how to best achieve them with the hair that I have. And I absolutely loved the job she did on my color and blow dry. The one-client-at-a-time approach really made me feel valued and that my time was not being wasted. Would highly recommend her to anyone, she knows her stuff, and is also great to talk to!

Lilly gave me such a great cut for my weighed-down curly hair to come back to life! She took time to figure out a plan for the final length of my curls, how to frame my face, and what overall shape we would create with layers. Finally! After 20 years of moving from salon to salon looking for a hair stylist I stumbled upon Wellspring Salon. What a hidden gem! Diana listened to what I wanted and made my hair look fabulous! She also gave me advise for coloring my own hair and wrote down what products I needed to get, and showed me a brush curling iron I could buy online that would work great for my hair type. The products she used on my hair were top notch and I was so impressed I ended up buying some, which I never do. I highly recommend this place!

I love Lily! I recently moved from a large chain spa over to Wellspring and I have to say I have definitely UPGRADED! Lower prices, organic products, and higher quality. I normally cut my own hair BUT Lilly always colors my hair now. She is AWESOME!! She always takes time to listen to what I want and is really consistent with what she does!! In 20 years I have never had a more consistent colorist!! I drive over an hour to get to her-which obviously means I have an hour drive home too- it makes for a loooong hair day but it is soooo worth it!! You can’t go wrong with Lilly!! This place has such potential. The location is beautiful. I was getting my hair done here for about a year until a few things happened. My stylist left without a word from either her or the salon. I thought that was a bit weird. Then, the owners sent out this crazy long email to all their clients, basically laying down a list of rules of things we could and could not do — when to call them, which numbers to use, how and when to cancel, etc. Of course salons need to have policies, but the way this was done was flat out unprofessional. It was on a Sunday afternoon. And the tone of the email was casual… they described situations that must have happened with clients, but it was in a very negative light. I understand it’s frustrating to have clients not follow policies, but there are always inconsiderate people who don’t follow the rules. Why broadcast those issues with the rest of your clients? It made me feel like their policies are more important to them than their clients. And that should never be. They lost my business after that.

The location of this salon is worth the trip itself – it’s like entering the secret garden! The environment inside is peaceful and relaxing. I am very sensitive to strong chemical odors and synthetic fragrances – I don’t want any of that toxic stuff near me! It’s such a relief to have access to such AMAZING services and high quality hair care products that are all natural!
