A friend recommended WellSpa. I am so glad she did. This is a very clean and comfortable spa. You are greeted and feel so welcomed when you enter. I went for the colonic service which was great. The setting was so relaxing, they even had a heater since the room was a little cool. The staff were super friendly and they have plenty of vitamins and different things you can purchase in the lobby. I definitely recommend you check them out!

I workout 6 days a week and after a few weeks of Intense training my body become tense and needs rest and recovery. deep tissue massages are a great way to help the body recover and release tension.
