I have gone to the Broadway location a few times now for gel manicures and regular pedicures, and it is truly a top-tier experience. Probably the best nail salon I have been to! The staff is so nice, the store is clean, and the actual manicure/pedicure looks amazing! I started putting my shoes back on before my nails were fully dried and four of my fingers were ruined. They were so kind to do them over (I felt really bad but they took to time to check each nail to see if they also needed to be done again). The attention to detail was phenomenal. Each time I’ve gone here has been amazing. Every employee is highly skilled so I never have to worry waiting for the availability of one person. Theyre the best with shaping the nails (both for manicure and pedicure), each nail looks identical in shape and size and they have a huge variety of colors in both regular and gel polishes. The staff is very friendly and I love the design and cleanliness of the salon. I was also really happy with the prices, Cannot recommend enough!

Got a regular pedicure & gel manicure. Pedicure resulted in an immediate disgusting fungal infection and pale pink gel manicure resulted in strange dark irremovable stains days after. Interior of salon is much nicer than other salons in the area, but misleading in terms of hygiene & sterilization.

I booked an appointment and waited for almost an hour. Did gel nail polish and the aesthetician rushed it to the point that the nails were still brittle. Basically, she did not put enough gel and coating. After a day my nail got chipped well obviously because the coating wasent enough to make my nails strong. I dont recommend you going there, the place is great but I feel like they dont appreciate new clients.
