Dr. Wyckoff has practiced massage for 20 years,and has had three decades of health care experience, in the areas of information content distribution and clinical practice. He has a doctorate in Health Administration from University of Phoenix, a master’s in Media Studies from the New School University, and a bachelor of Arts in English from University of Virginia.

James is an awesome guy. Whenever I go to see him it’s like I’m home very relaxing and inviting. Always pays attention to details and along the way asks you questions to make sure you are comfortable. The trigger point massages are great and I always feel 10x better then when I came in!

I came here after passing by a number of times and seeing a Groupon – worth every penny! The space is open and James really knows what he is doing. My shoulder hasn’t felt this good in a long time. Will definitely be making another appointment in the future. Highly recommend!

We will not be back. We purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and I scheduled an appointment through the Groupon schedule app. Several days later the appointment was canceled via Groupon. I called the clinic for more information and was told it was a holiday staffing issue, “Flu”. We rescheduled based on their availability. Several days later we were sent a text asking to move the appointment, we agreed (the appointment was two weeks away). A week prior we got a text asking if we were coming in. I explaind the appointment was the following week. The day of our appointment we arrived on time. We saw One staff working on site, who was upset / distressed about the amount of clients scheduled (3) and she was alone. She said she needed to call her husband. She seemed very upset and we felt very bad for her and asked if we could do anything for her. We told her we would leave since there was a scheduling issue (and no other staff onsite). This was my third attempt to use the Groupon and there are several scheduling comment issues on the Groupon site, therefore, we will not be back. This vendor needs to get their schedules in order.

I wish I could give a review about this place, but I had to call 3 times before I finally got a response … just to get a text saying, “text me.” That text conversation of maybe 4 questions lasted almost 8 hours because with every question I asked it took the phantom texter (since they never told me their name) 1-2 hours to respond. Now, in fairness, it was 2 days before New Years, but if you’re not available just say so. I was booked an appointment on NYE, which I was grateful for since it’s something I really wanted as a way to start my New Year. I was going to be visiting friends out East and I needed a massage. However, I get a text less than 12 hours later saying the therapist is sick and they need to cancel. Really? Now I’d previously watched a 10 min video from the owner about the location and the only therapist mentioned was him. So did he get sick? Anywho. The one blessing is that I never invested in the Groupon because I would have had no use for it since I don’t live out East. So I looked around and found New Healthy Land Foot Spa on Main St. and they accommodated my last minute need and the therapist Jack was awesome! Good luck!
