My wonderful mother gifted my husband & I a couples massage!! We were so excited for it & had such a wonderful experience with Ron!!! He asked both of us what areas we were feeling discomfort & took his time working on those areas!! It was so relaxing & comfortable!! Allow me say straight out of the gate that this was the cleanest, most quiet and serene facilities that I have ever been to for a massage. Talk about personalized service and attention to detail! I was surprised at the intake questionnaire, as it gave me a sense of relief, as though these people cared about me and any possible previous injuries that I might have had. I knew that Wellness Worx had my best interest at heart immediately. I was offered bottled water, which I knew I would need throughout the course of the massage and it is rare that anyone offers it. Thanks again, Ron, for that attention to detail. There was a tray with chocolates that was offered at the entry to the room and I was instantly relaxed as the soothing sounds of some soft American Indian music enveloped me and prepared me for the massage of a lifetime. Ron always knows now to play that cd for me anytime I visit. I tell you, Ron, as I have many times before, that you are a master at your craft and every bit of my experience there at Wellness Worx was soothing and extremely relaxing. I am always pleased at the opportunity to get a good workout in every time I come there in your gym. You’re the real deal, Ron, and I appreciate greatly the way that you and your salon manage to wash away the tension and frustrations of a tough week at work. Keep up the great work, you guys. Bravo!!

This is by far the best massage I’ve had while living in Fort Myers for the past four years! I always tell my massage therapist that I have a lot of lower back pain/tension from working as a server so much, and I never feel much relief afterwards, I’m usually just sore from them being too rough. But my couple’s massage with Ron was by far the best! I felt relief from the minute I came off the table. He was super kind, and even gave us water afterwards. I will definitely be returning!

Ive had 300+ massages in my lifetime most all of them good to excellent. This one was one of the worst. Quoted rate was switched to higher price at check in. Female therapist finally relented and honored quoted price but then gave me only a 40 minute massage. Check-in paperwork bizarre. During massage Therapist never asked about pressure, and only massaged me face down. Massage room nice and therapist was pleasant enough but overall experience was poor. Not client focused.

Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled a 12:00 appointment & arrived at 11:50. When I arrived, the parking lot was a grave yard & the door was locked. I called the number & the man said my appointment was at 11:00 & screamed at me that I was late & there was nothing he could do. He was very rude. I would never go to this place again.
