I was trying to plan a special day for my cousin for her 40th and a relaxation day for myself. I came across Wellness Spa By Le Paradis. I went to the website to read the services offered and pricing. The prices were reasonable to the services. I then went to read the reviews. Well the reviews were kind of making me a little hesitant. But the more I read it seemed to be “haters and complainers ” over frivolous things. So I went ahead and made our appointment. I booked 2 of packages, that they offer, and upgraded us to the suite with the tub jacuzzi. I figured what do I have to loose. Well upon our arrival, we were greeted by Charlotte, who was very pleasant. The waiting room was beautiful! Charlotte reviewed services and I paid for services with an option to tip or wait till after. I opted for after. Christina then led us to the suite where we changed into our robes and slippers. We were then escorted the foot soak station, which was fabulous! We picked our lunch, meal from local restaurants and they poured us some mimosas and enjoyed our foot soak.. They escorted us back to the suite for our massages, which were absolutely wonderful and our seaweed masks. When our massages were done. We sat in the tub jacuzzi and relaxed with our mimosas for 30 minutes. We then had our lunch which was in the hallway, set up so beautifully on little tables and a couch. Another mimosa and water to wash it down. Overall had a wonderful experience and told Charlotte the reviews have to be haters, cause we had an absolute wonderful time! The place was very clean, the staff definitely catered to us! I will definitely be going back!! Thank you Charlotte and Christina for helping us have such a relaxing spa day!! Hope to see you soon!

I purchased a groupon for a couples massage and called to schedule an appt just to be told the only times I could schedule during the week were between 10am and 3pm which wouldn’t work for me since I work full-time. For the weekends, they have a 2 month waitlist but this waitlist gets redone once the new year hits so they refused to put me on the waitlist since they have to make a new one in one month and it’s two months behind. I completely understand the limited weekend availability, but to limit weekdays as well without putting it in the fine print is definitely frustrating. I tried to be understanding but whoever I spoke to on the phone immediately started giving me attitude. Luckily, I was able to get a refund from groupon but I am unsure as to why they’re not taking the groupon listing down since they’re so behind on bookings and even unable to accommodate people during the week.

They do not honor their living social deal at all during the weekend. But I went anyway and paid full price. Well the bed broke and I only weigh 140 pounds. And we paid for special oils and they were never used. The place is nice but they are shady

So I purchased a a Groupon for couples message to be told the wait list was over 2 months ( voucher expires 120 days) on a Saturday and could of been longer .. also in their recording your charged an additional fee for booking with Groupon.. what a scam

I had booked a massage there for my birthday and was a bit nervous after reading some of the bad reviews. But after looking at them more closely, the bad reviews seemed to be from people using Groupons and not reading the fine print or trying to get over on the spa so I decided to keep my appointment. I was greeted by a charming young man at the front desk and was promptly checked in and taken back. They do ask you to pay and leave a tip at check-in before you have actually had the service, which is a bit unusual in my experience. I had a massage with Cristina. She did a very nice job and the warmed oil was a great touch. Their prices are competitive, I feel. I was offered champagne, mimosa or water at the end, a nice touch. I don’t usually drink alcohol after a massage so I just had water.

I’m glad I joined the Wellness Spa by Le Paradis email listing to be notified to attend their 3rd year Anniversary event this week! The wine was divine and the massage was spectacular! I also tried the foot massage bath that was amazing at soothing my feet! The wonderful owner Charlotte and her staff have always done a great job providing top tier service. This is only my second time scheduling an appointment and it’s safe to say I’m a loyal and long term customer. The quality of all services here at Wellness Spa by Le Paradis are just unmatched! Can’t wait until my next appointment!

The outside on first appearance wasn’t anything special but it wasn’t offputting either. You may feel like you went down wrong road or that you are pulling into a doctors office – not a spa. However, when you open the door you realize you are in the right spot. It is very well taken care of and they did their best at making it feel like a true spa. Reception was polite, however was bombarded with phone calls and managing checking us in. We were early and enjoyed mimosas and used the rest rooms. My mother and I did a couples massage as a mothers day gift that she redeemed. We picked out our aromatherapy scents, they sure have a big selection to choose from! I was a little taken back that we started our massage 20 minutes late – after reading some reviews of other people who were late to their appointment and had time taken away from actual massage. Considering the need for promptness, I was expecting to run on time. The massage therapists were very sweet and did a wonderful job at working our stress out. The only complaint I have is the smell of towel that was in my face. Whatevwr it was washed with, gives an offputting smell when I was trying to enjoy the aromatherapy experience. Other then that – would recommend anyone to try out.
