I came to Wellness Origin looking for pain relief from a lingering back spasm that I had been struggling with for over 3 weeks. When I got there I was greeted by a warm friendly atmosphere, and that warmth remained all through my stay. I experienced warm smiles, warm hands, warm oils, warm towels, except for the exceedingly hot staff, especially Nate and his hot hands and elbows, who touched me deeply and literally. My back spasm was gone 24 hours later. Thanks guys. I’m a fan.

I literally had the BEST massage of my life! I originally found this wellness spa through Groupon as I was in dire need of a deep tissue massage. As we all know getting services through Groupon can be a hit or miss at times, but trust when I say this was a HIT! My experience was amazing from beginning to end, starting with the sweetest customer service I received from the receptionist when I booked my appointment, to even having to call her on my way to the appointment because I got a little lost (their building is kind of tucked away), and she was so nice to stay on the phone with me to give me direction (it clearly was not Siri’s best day..lol). So I did arrive a few minutes late but my masseuse was Awesome! His name is Nathan and he gave me the BEST deep tissue massage I have EVER had in my life! I’m not sure where he got his training from (clearly it was from Heaven because he had the hands of an Angel), but he did a fantastic job. So much to the fact that even though I got stuck in traffic on the way home and was rudely cut off by some stranger in a big suv, all I could do was smile and sing me a littl tune versus saying ever curse word in the American language (that’s how relaxing that massage was). I’ve already booked my next appointment with Nathan and I highly recommend that if you’re looking for an Amazing massage you check out Origin Wellness and ask for Nathan!

Worst service. After treatment, I got so many small small breakouts. I waited 3 days to give some time to heal. I called in katie and she said its process of detox. But its almost 20 days,i have same itchiness and many breakouts thats not going away. i called her and she was marketing about her skincare products and some off the market pills which are not fda approved. I am really upset on jow she hung up my call saying she has other client to attend. its really unprofessional. I lost my skin texture and its very sad. i paid money and got this. she should warn people on pros and cons of treatment and possible side effects.

I wasn’t going to write a review because my experience a few months ago wasn’t horrible, and it was via a Groupon, so I didn’t want to be one of those whiny Groupon people. But I recently mentioned my experience to another esthetician, and she was shocked. So, I had a Groupon for a facial. The gal was okay – kind of impersonal and she didn’t tell me about any of the products she was using. I had to ask, “That smells nice, what is that?” Usually they tell you what they’re putting on your face… Then the kicker was that she put a peel on, which I didn’t really expect for regular facial, but okay. She said “I’ll be back in a couple minutes.” I took that to mean 3, maybe 5, but there was a clock on the wall and I can promise you she was gone 12 whole minutes. Weird, right? The peel was not strong, so my face wasn’t burning, luckily. But I’ve never had a facial where someone just left for that long. Other times I’ve gotten a neck or hand massage while a masque was on my face, as a part of the service I paid for, but again, it was a Groupon, so I wasn’t going to complain. But the esthetician I mentioned this to was scandalized and said, “You NEVER leave for more than a minute while someone has a peel on! They could have a bad reaction!” So here I am writing this review. The other reason is that I DID mention this in my reply to the “Give us your feedback!” email I received after my appointment, within a day, to which I got zero response from anyone at the company.
